INGREDIENTS
1 flour tortilla/wrap
2 tbsp hummus
2 baby marrows
2 baby carrots
½ red pepper, sliced
30g fat-free feta cheese
30g roasted red peppers
DIRECTIONS
Spread the hummus on one side of the tortilla and press the feta into the hummus.
Spread the red peppers evenly on top.
Roll up and enjoy.
