Spinach, Feta and Peppadews

What’s better than creamed spinach? Creamed spinach, feta and peppadews all together in a golden toasted tramezzini. Make this flavour explosion even more convenient by buying ready-made creamed spinach, take all the glory and tell no one! Once your spinach has been heated, fill the tramezzini with it, add the peppadews and feta before toasting in the oven.

Tomato, Cheese and Ham

Sometimes simple really is better. This one is pretty self-explanatory; slice some tomatoes, grate some mozzarella, cheddar or gouda cheese and layer with slices of your favourite ham. Once that has been done, toast the tramezzini in the oven until it has turned golden brown and the cheese has melted gloriously.

Caramelised Onions, Camembert Cheese and Bacon

Slice an onion into thin slices before placing it on a skillet over medium to high heat. Add 1.5 teaspoons of brown sugar and allow the onion to burn slightly or until you can see a dark caramelised crust forming on the onion slices. Cook up some bacon, slice up some camembert cheese and place in the tramezzini for toasting. The camembert will be beautifully complemented by the sweetness of the caramelised onions.
