SALMON AND CREAM CHEESE SNACK BITES
4 flour tortilla/wraps
4 tbsp cream cheese
8 slices of smoked salmon
Instead of cream cheese you can use half Greek yogurt/half cream cheese. For the brave, try adding a few capers.
- Heat up the wraps in a nonstick frying pan for 30seconds-1minute on a medium heat.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over one side of each wrap and place the salmon on top.
- Roll the wrap tightly and then cut into bite size pieces.
