MEXICAN BAKED BEANS WRAP

Ingredients

4 flour tortilla/wraps
300g lean beef mince
1 can Koo Baked Beans
1tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1tsp chili flakes
1 cup cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the spices and cook on a medium heat in a saucepan until it just starts to brown.
  2. Add the baked beans to the saucepan on a low heat and continue stirring until the mixture is sufficiently heated through and any large amounts of excess liquid has evaporated.
  3. Place the mixture evenly in the middle of each tortilla and top with the grated cheese.
  4. Fold up the bottom and then each side of the wrap.

Note

Baked beans, the Mexican way! Can be served with a side of salsa, sour cream and a squeeze of lemon.
