MEXICAN BAKED BEANS WRAP
4 flour tortilla/wraps
300g lean beef mince
1 can Koo Baked Beans
1tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1tsp chili flakes
1 cup cheese, grated
- Mix the mince with the spices and cook on a medium heat in a saucepan until it just starts to brown.
- Add the baked beans to the saucepan on a low heat and continue stirring until the mixture is sufficiently heated through and any large amounts of excess liquid has evaporated.
- Place the mixture evenly in the middle of each tortilla and top with the grated cheese.
- Fold up the bottom and then each side of the wrap.
Baked beans, the Mexican way! Can be served with a side of salsa, sour cream and a squeeze of lemon.
