
HUMMUS AND VEGGIE SNACK WRAP
Ingredients
1 flour tortilla/wrap
2 tbsp hummus
2 baby marrows
2 baby carrots
½ red pepper, sliced
30g fat-free feta cheese
30g roasted red peppers
Directions
- Spread the hummus on one side of the tortilla and press the feta into the hummus.
- Spread the red peppers evenly on top.
- Roll up and enjoy.
