FISH FINGER WRAP
2 flour tortillas/wraps
8 fish fingers
1 cup lettuce
low fat mayonnaise
- Cook the fish fingers until done as per the instructions on packaging.
- Place equal amounts of the lettuce in the middle of each wrap.
- Place the fish fingers in each wrap and garnish with the mayonnaise and tartar sauce.
- Squeeze some of the lemon over the ingredients and slice the rest into wedges for serving.
- Fold up each side of the wrap and then the bottom and enjoy.
