BACON AND PINEAPPLE WRAP
2 flour tortillas/wraps
3 rashers bacon, diced
1 cup lettuce
1 cup pineapple, diced
- Cook the bacon until done in a frying pan on a medium heat.
- Warm the tortillas on a nonstick frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Add the lettuce, bacon and pineapples in equal amounts to the center of each tortilla.
- Fold up each side and then the bottom of each tortilla and enjoy.
