BACON AND PINEAPPLE WRAP

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas/wraps
3 rashers bacon, diced
1 cup lettuce
1 cup pineapple, diced

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon until done in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  2. Warm the tortillas on a nonstick frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the lettuce, bacon and pineapples in equal amounts to the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold up each side and then the bottom of each tortilla and enjoy.
