CAJUN CHICIKEN SALAD WRAP

Ingredients

4 flour tortilla/wraps
3 skinless chicken breast fillets (470g)
3 cups lettuce
3 medium peppadews tm (sliced)
2 cups corn
1 sliced red onion
3 cups sliced cucumber

Directions

  1. Place a tablespoon of cooking oil in a non stick sauce pan and heat up on a medium/high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken in the Cajun spice, cook evenly and then cut into strips.
  3. Add the salad ingredients evenly to the middle of the wrap.
  4. Add the chicken and then roll up the bottom of the wrap and then each side.

Note

Try adding a salad dressing for a zesty twist. Served hot or cold it’s a healthy treat. You can even take any one of your favorite salad recipes and roll it up in a wrap.
