ROASTED VEG AND CHEESE WRAP

Ingredients

2 flour tortilla/wraps
2 cups roasted mixed veg
100g grated cheese

Directions

  1. Season your selection of roasted veg with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm up a warp for a few seconds in a microwave or on a frying pan.
  3. Evenly sprinkle some cheese over each wrap.
  4. Place the roasted vegetables in the center of the wrap.
  5. Fold over each side of the wrap and then the bottom.
