TUNA SALAD WRAP

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas/wraps
1 can drained shredded tuna
4 tbsp low fat mayonnaise dressing
2 boiled eggs
1 cup lettuce

Directions

  1. Peel the eggs and mash with a fork.
  2. Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture on a bed of lettuce in the middle of each wrap.
  4. Fold over each side and then the bottom and enjoy.
